Hotel Territorio - Puerto Madryn

Room was comfortable and the view was breathtaking. the hotel was close to the beach where we could spot some dolphins and sea lions. We enjoyed the privacy and calmness of the location.

The service was really poor. the hotel was very empty but we got placed right next to the elevator.

It was comfortable and well decorated.

A bit overpriced for the area. The internet was thru a LAN cable instead of wi-fi. For that price, it should have been wi-fi.

location far away from town, we ask omlets for breakfast(they did not offer) it took mere than20 minutes until they bruoght thhem an they were burned, no vegetables at breakfast. overall good hotel and exellent service a lbit pricey for the area

This place is just amazing. The location is perfect, right in front of the bay, so you can enjoy breathtaking views of the water from everywhere. The service here is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The rooms are beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly baked cookies that are simply divine. The value for money is outstanding, with affordable prices for everything, from meals to laundry. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The architecture of the hotel is simply great and certainly the most beautiful building in town. THe hotel faces the sea and you can litterally watch the whales playing in the water while taking shower or having breakfast. Breakfast is very good with a great selection of home-made food.

Staff is very nice but probably overworked and in need of some professional training.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was situated right on the beach with fine ocean views from every room. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Cleanliness was great, and we appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the spa, kept in immaculate condition.

Whale-watching paradise!

We were actually surprised by the amazing views of whales from our room at Territorio. Being able to see these majestic creatures from our bed was an lovely experience. The hotel's location near the bay provided an idyllic setting for a peaceful retreat.

Beautiful location with frontview to the sea. If you're lucky you can see whales from the hotel veranda. Rooms and lobby equipped with very nice furniture in Argentinian rural design. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean.

A bit far from the City centre and shopping. 30 to 40 min walk. Public buses are not frequent. One night there was no bus at all from the centre to the hotel. Taxis are the only option.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and comfortable, stylish rooms. Breakfast was very good and all the rooms have a sea view. Don't be put off by the exterior.
